For most EV owners, charging at home offers the greatest benefits. It is the most convenient option, allowing you to plug in your vehicle overnight and start the next day with a fully charged battery. EV home chargers are weatherproof and include multiple built-in safety features for reliable, everyday use.

Installing an EV charge point at home is also the most cost-effective way to recharge your vehicle. However, EV charger installation can be complex, often requiring a dedicated electrical circuit from the home’s consumer unit to the charge point.
